1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
2. Participate in the implementation of product launches.
3. Conduct performance analyses, reporting, and provide recommendations.
4. Support markets with specific marketing actions.
5. Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce platforms by delivering product matrices and assets.
6. Maintain CRM visibility for the brand.
7. Manage key resources including country allocations, orders, logistics, and budget tracking.
8. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
9. Develop and follow up on Trade Marketing plans.
10. Oversee the development of Trade Marketing animations through briefing, production follow-up, validation of POS materials, and performance analysis.
11. Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
12. Track performance using reporting tools.
13. Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters, participate in meetings, and follow up on specific requests.
14. Update 360° Marketing plans.
15. Participate in budget tracking.

1. Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Desire to engage in product launches and 360° plan development.

1. Autonomous and organized with the ability to prioritize actions.
2. Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
3. Strong affinity for the cosmetics industry.
4. Proficiency in IT tools.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
