Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Intern

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation.
- Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Support markets with specific marketing actions.
- Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce sites by delivering product matrices and assets.
- Maintain CRM visibility for the brand.
- Manage resources including country allocations, orders, logistics, and budgeting.
- Conduct price studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the Trade Marketing plan.
- Develop Trade Marketing animations in countries through briefing, production follow-up, POS material validation, and performance analysis.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
- Monitor performance using reporting tools.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-up on specific requests.
- Update 360° Marketing plans.
- Assist in budget monitoring.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Master's level) with a focus on product launches and 360° plan development.
- Interest in the cosmetics market and European Brand & Trade Marketing strategies.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to prioritize actions.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideal for those looking to develop expertise in brand management within the cosmetics industry.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent.
