Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Intern

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation.
- Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Support markets with specific marketing actions.
- Ensure brand visibility on Sephora's e-commerce platforms by delivering product matrices and assets.
- Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
- Oversee resource allocation, order management, and logistical and budgetary follow-up.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of Trade Marketing plans.
- Develop Trade Marketing animations through briefing, production follow-up, POS material validation, and performance analysis.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager, including performance tracking using reporting tools.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and participate in meetings, ensuring follow-up on specific requests.
- Update 360° Marketing plans.
- Participate in budget monitoring.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to prioritize actions.
- Proactive and adaptable to dynamic environments and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Internship with a duration of 6 months, commencing in July 2025.
