- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation.
- Analyze performance, reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Support markets with specific marketing actions.
- Ensure brand visibility on Sephora e-commerce sites.
- Manage CRM visibility for the brand.
- Handle logistics and budget management for country allocations.
- Conduct price studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Develop and monitor Trade Marketing plans.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing animations in various countries.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
- Track performance using reporting tools.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters.
- Update 360° Marketing plans.
- Participate in budget tracking.
- Higher education (bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
- Interest in product launches and 360° plan development.
- Autonomous, organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing actions.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and various stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
- Contribution to a 'start-up' environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
