Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Intern

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe, including participation in launch implementation and performance analysis.
- Support market-specific marketing actions to enhance brand visibility on Sephora's e-commerce platforms and CRM.
- Manage logistical and budgetary aspects of product allocations and orders.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Develop and monitor Trade Marketing animations, including briefing, production oversight, and performance analysis.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager, including performance tracking, coordination of international meetings, and budget monitoring.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on product launches and 360° plan development.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to prioritize actions.
- Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
- Proficient in IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience in brand management or related fields.
Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5).
