Kendo Assistant Brand Manager Apprentice

- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
- Participate in product launch implementation.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
- Support markets with tailored marketing actions.
- Enhance brand visibility and optimize product listings on Sephora's e-commerce platforms.
- Manage CRM visibility of the brand, including briefs and asset creation.
- Oversee resource allocation, order management, and logistical and budgetary tracking.
- Conduct price studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
- Monitor performance using reporting tools.
- Track implementation of action plans, visibility, and stock levels.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and Sephora teams, participate in meetings, and follow up on specific requests.
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's +4/5) in Marketing.
- Interest in product launch tracking and 360° plan development.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and brand marketing strategies on a European scale.
- Autonomous and organized with a proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
- Adaptability to various situations and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience in brand management or marketing.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing.
