1. Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe.
2. Participate in the implementation of product launches.
3. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
4. Support market-specific marketing initiatives.
5. Ensure brand visibility and optimize product listings on Sephora's e-commerce platforms.
6. Manage CRM visibility for the brand, including briefs and assets.
7. Oversee resource allocation, ordering, and logistical and budgetary follow-ups.
8. Conduct pricing studies, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking.
9. Support daily tasks of the Brand Manager.
10. Monitor performance using reporting tools.
11. Track implementation of action plans, visibility, and stock levels.
12. Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and Sephora teams, participate in meetings, and follow up on specific requests.

1. Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing.

1. Autonomous and organized with strong prioritization skills.
2. Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
3. Strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop skills are a plus.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in brand management or marketing preferred.

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing.
