Kendo 360 Communication & Influence Intern

- Contribute to brand development in the European market through communication projects including press relations, influencer engagement, social media, and digital communication.
- Manage the European influencer list, maintaining daily relationships and coordinating product launches and requests.
- Identify emerging talents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Participate in paid influence campaigns, from profile selection and creative briefing to content approval.
- Oversee communication projects: translate and adapt press materials, manage product launch schedules, and create PR materials for journalists and influencers.
- Develop social media toolboxes for Sephora Europe to promote launches and marketing highlights, coordinating with social media managers across 13 countries.
- Implement PR actions in EU Sephora countries, including press days and product placements.
- Assist in the development and execution of events such as press luncheons and influencer trips.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing plans and PR & influence strategies.
- Compile and track performance reports from European PR agencies.
- Produce monthly and special activation reports for the Global team.
- Conduct weekly trend analysis on makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
- Strong organizational skills and editorial proficiency with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Team-oriented with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French.
Beginner-level experience in related fields.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
