Kendo 360 Communication & Influence Intern

- Contribute to brand development in the European market by managing communication projects including press relations, influencer engagement, social media, and digital communication.
- Manage the European influencer list, maintaining daily relationships and coordinating product requests and new releases.
- Identify new talents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Participate in paid influencer campaigns, from profile selection and creative briefing to content validation.
- Oversee communication projects, including translating and adapting press materials, managing new release schedules, and creating PR leaflets and boxes for journalists and influencers.
- Develop social media toolkits for Sephora Europe to promote launches and marketing highlights, and manage follow-ups with social media managers across 13 countries.
- Implement PR actions in EU Sephora countries, including press days and product deliveries.
- Assist in the development and execution of events such as press luncheons and influencer trips.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and PR & influence strategies.
- Produce reports and identify new trends, compiling and tracking performance data from European PR agencies.
- Prepare monthly and special activation reports for the Global team.
- Conduct weekly trend monitoring in makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Organized with strong editorial skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Team player with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
- Desire to engage in PR, Influence, and Social Media actions and expand knowledge of the cosmetics market and social networks on a European scale.
- Ability to contribute in a 'start-up' environment, demonstrating creativity, autonomy, organization, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French.
Beginner level experience in communication, PR, or related fields is preferred.
Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
