- Contribute to brand development in the European market by supporting communication projects, including press and influencer relations, social media, and digital communication.
- Manage the European influencer list, maintain daily relationships, and coordinate product launches and requests.
- Identify new talent on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Participate in paid influencer campaigns, from profile selection and creative brief development to content approval.
- Oversee communication projects, including press kit translation, novelty dispatch planning, and creation of PR materials for journalists and influencers.
- Develop social media toolkits for Sephora Europe to promote launches and marketing highlights, and coordinate with social media managers across 13 countries.
- Implement PR actions in EU Sephora countries, including press days and product deliveries.
- Assist in the development and execution of events such as press luncheons and influencer trips.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing plans and PR & influence strategies.
- Compile and track performance reports from European PR agencies.
- Create monthly or specific activation reports for the Global team.
- Conduct weekly trend monitoring in makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is advantageous.
- Organized with strong editorial skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Team-oriented with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, start-up-like environment with adaptability to various situations and interlocutors.
No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with the beauty and social media landscape is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or Image.
