Kendo 360 Communication and Influence Intern

- Contribute to brand development in the European market by supporting communication projects including press relations, influencer engagement, social media, and digital communication.
- Manage the European influencer list, maintaining daily relationships and coordinating product launches and requests.
- Identify new talent on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
- Participate in paid influencer campaigns from profile selection, creative brief development, to content validation.
- Oversee communication projects: translate and adapt press releases, manage new product launch schedules, and create PR materials for journalists and influencers.
- Develop social media toolkits for Sephora Europe to promote product launches and marketing highlights, ensuring follow-up with social media managers across 13 countries.
- Implement PR actions in EU Sephora countries, including press days and product placements.
- Assist in the development and execution of events such as press luncheons and influencer trips.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and PR & influence strategies presentations.
- Compile and track performance reports from European PR agencies.
- Prepare monthly or specific activation reports for the Global team.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of trends in makeup, skincare, lifestyle, street style, and social media.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent editorial skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners with a passion for beauty and communication.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
