1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presentation and drive sales.
2. Collaborate with store management to create visually appealing displays that align with brand standards.
3. Monitor and adapt visual displays to reflect current promotions and seasonal changes.
4. Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
5. Analyze sales data to inform and adjust merchandising strategies.
6. Ensure all visual merchandising materials and fixtures are maintained and in excellent condition.

1. Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of fashion and retail trends.
3. Ability to translate brand aesthetics into compelling visual displays.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
