- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, prioritizing daily workload.
- Ensure merchandise is organized and accessible.
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels and sales performance.
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is adequately stocked.
- Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards on the selling floor, in the stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
- Audit compliance and achieve shrinkage goals.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry or relevant experience as a stock associate.
- High school degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- Results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, particularly in roles related to stock management.
High school degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour.
