1. Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, prioritizing daily workload.
2. Ensure merchandise is organized and accessible.
3. Maintain knowledge of stock levels and sales performance.
4. Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is adequately stocked.
5. Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards on the selling floor, in the stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
7. Audit compliance and achieve shrinkage goals.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry or relevant experience as a stock associate.
2. High school degree preferred.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
3. Results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, particularly in roles related to stock management.

High school degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour.
