- Develop business initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets.
- Ensure completion of sales training programs and develop product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment and provide consistent coaching.
- Achieve financial success through measurable statistics.
- Hire, train, and motivate a qualified sales team.
- Provide development for assistant managers and supervisors.
- Perform annual performance evaluations and quarterly reviews.
- Network and create positive community relationships.
- Understand and communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently.
- Analyze business trends and communicate feedback to District Leader.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular store meetings and maintain payroll budget.
- Supervise operational responsibilities to maintain inventory integrity.
- Oversee loss prevention policies and ensure compliance.
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react to business needs.
- Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict.
- Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Minimum 3 years management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Base pay range $30.25 to $43.50 hourly.
