- Oversee the development of clientele by building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Lead business driving initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure associates utilize their client book to generate sales and conduct monthly reviews.
- Ensure compliance with clientele standards and sales training completion.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing coaching on sales training.
- Achieve financial success through improvement of store performance statistics.
- Hire, train, and motivate a qualified sales team.
- Provide development for assistant managers and supervisors with consistent feedback.
- Perform annual performance evaluations and quarterly goal reviews.
- Network and create community relationships to generate business and brand awareness.
- Attend company management meetings.
- Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain visual standards.
- Analyze business trends and communicate feedback to improve sales.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular store meetings for consistent communication.
- Maintain payroll budget and adjust schedules for sales floor coverage.
- Supervise operational responsibilities to maintain inventory integrity.
- Oversee loss prevention policies for compliance.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- College degree preferred
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react to business needs
- Decision-making and conflict mediation in a team environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum 3 years management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
College degree preferred.
