Kate Spade Store Manager

- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve store sales and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales reports to identify business trends and react swiftly to the needs of the business.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
- Make informed decisions and mediate conflicts within the team.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
- Exceptional sales development and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to change effectively.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals consistently.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector or a similar environment is required.
College degree preferred.
