1. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve store sales and profitability goals.
2. Analyze sales reports to identify business trends and react swiftly to the needs of the business.

4. Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior experience in luxury goods is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector or a similar environment is required.

College degree preferred.
