1. Efficiently process inbound deliveries and prioritize daily workload.
2. Ensure merchandise is organized and accessible.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock levels and sales performance.
4. Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked.
5. Execute price changes and markdowns as necessary.
6. Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards in all areas.
7. Conduct audits to ensure compliance and achieve shrinkage goals.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and support the sales floor as needed.
9. Perform cashier duties or greet customers when required.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
