1. Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
2. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
3. Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
4. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
5. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
6. Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador and communicate client feedback to management.
7. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
