1. Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
2. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
3. Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
4. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
6. Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador and communicate client feedback to management.
7. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including handling register funds and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

2. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
3. Elevated sense of personal style.

A minimum of 2-3 years in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
