- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, offering and receiving feedback constructively.
- Demonstrate and communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic through styling and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom.
- Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories and handle operational tasks efficiently.
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury goods is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
College degree preferred.
