1. Achieve individual sales goals.

3. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
4. Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
5. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
6. Initiate business driving events in store.
7. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy.
8. Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
9. Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
11. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
2. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
