1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's success.
2. Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.

4. Cultivate personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
5. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
6. Initiate and support business-driving events in-store.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
9. Provide client feedback to management to improve service and sales.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
11. Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
