1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's overall success.
2. Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.
3. Deliver exemplary customer service and create a personal connection with clients.
4. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to clients and the sales team.
6. Build strong client relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
7. Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
