1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store success.
2. Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.

5. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
6. Assist in organizing and executing in-store business-driving events.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to customers and team members.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
9. Provide client feedback to management to improve service and sales.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
11. Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
