1. Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, ensuring exemplary customer service and delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
2. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers, building brand equity.
3. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
4. Adhere to store schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Stand for extended periods and safely lift boxes up to 60 pounds.
6. Comfortably climb ladders as required.

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail industry, with professional selling experience preferred.
2. High school degree preferred.

1. Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated interest and ability to work as part of a team.
