1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective sales performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
5. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
