- Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
