1. Oversee daily sales operations in the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand guidelines.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management to replenish stock as needed.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
