Kate Spade Sales Supervisor

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in the training and development of sales associates.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies.
- Competence in inventory management and visual merchandising.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
