1. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to enhance their performance.

5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve sales.
6. Coordinate with management to implement promotional activities and events.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail sales.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
