1. Achieve individual sales goals through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
2. Develop strong product knowledge across all categories to enhance customer service.
3. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
4. Build a personal clientele through effective use of the client book.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
6. Execute operational tasks as per company directives, including processing POS transactions and adhering to visual directives.
7. Maintain store standards daily.

1. Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
2. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.

3. Proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.
