Responsibilities
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Deliver results while being aware of personal and store metrics.
- Create personal sales and clienteling strategies with the management team.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Build lasting and loyal relationships with customers.
- Support daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
