Kate Spade Retail Sales Associate

- Understand and align with organizational objectives and company priorities.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Create and execute short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal performance goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage product add-ons based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, including POS, operations, and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Interpersonal savvy and effective communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Perseverance and ability to handle ambiguity.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
