Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
- Develop a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills.
- Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
- Execute operational tasks as per company directives.
- Accurately process all POS transactions.
- Adhere to and apply visual directives, ensuring store standards are executed daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred
