1. Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests and maintaining proper etiquette.
2. Develop long-term relationships with guests through engaging conversations and personalized service.

4. Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic and product knowledge to guests.
5. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
6. Handle operational tasks, including POS transactions, with efficiency.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.
