- Partner with Store Manager to develop business-driving initiatives.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets.
- Ensure associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment and provide consistent coaching.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans.
- Foster a team environment with a fun, competitive atmosphere.
- Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Ensure store presentation standards are maintained.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
