1. Develop and maintain a strong clientele base.
2. Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
3. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
4. Oversee and execute store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

Base pay range from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Includes benefits for part-time employees working 30-35 hours per week.
