- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and attract new customers.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a luxury retail environment or similar setting is required.
