1. Develop and maintain a robust clientele by fostering new and existing client relationships.
2. Lead and model sales strategies to maximize repeat business and achieve sales goals.
3. Educate and motivate the sales team on sales plans, personal goals, and store statistics.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service through comprehensive product knowledge.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
6. Oversee store presentation and operational standards to maintain brand consistency.
7. Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
8. Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.

2. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
3. Proactive and results-driven.
