Kate Spade Retail Supervisor

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
- Ensure all associates complete sales training programs and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure superior customer service.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
- Foster a team environment by creating a fun and competitive atmosphere.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Ensure brand and operating standards are consistently met.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to foster a team environment and drive results.
