- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
- Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour and customer capture rates.
- Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales.
- Educate the team on sales plans and personal goals, fostering a competitive and inviting team atmosphere.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers, ensuring brand consistency.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to loss prevention policies.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to multitasking and prioritization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
