1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
2. Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure superior customer service.
5. Educate the team on sales plans and personal sales goals to drive achievement.
6. Maintain brand and operational standards to support brand consistency.
7. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
8. Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
