1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive business growth and attract new clientele.
2. Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all team members complete the sales training program and develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and oversee the sales environment, providing consistent coaching on sales techniques to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics to drive team performance.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and completion of product profiles.
7. Foster a team-oriented environment by creating a fun, competitive, and welcoming atmosphere.
8. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to both the sales team and customers.
9. Ensure brand and operational standards are met to maintain brand consistency.
10. Oversee store presentation standards to ensure they are achieved and maintained.
11. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
12. Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions and inventory functions to maintain inventory integrity.
13. Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree required.
