- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive business growth and attract new clientele.
- Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
- Ensure all team members complete the sales training program and develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Model and oversee the sales environment, providing consistent coaching on sales techniques to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics to drive team performance.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and completion of product profiles.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by creating a fun, competitive, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to both the sales team and customers.
- Ensure brand and operational standards are met to maintain brand consistency.
- Oversee store presentation standards to ensure they are achieved and maintained.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
- Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions and inventory functions to maintain inventory integrity.
- Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
