1. Develop and maintain a strong clientele by modeling and leading proactive client outreach.
2. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge.
4. Foster a team environment that is fun, competitive, and inviting.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
6. Ensure brand and operating standards are consistently met.
7. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
8. Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
9. Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.

2. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Proactive in addressing challenges and opportunities.
