Kate Spade Outlet Supervisor

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.
- Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
- Ensure all team members complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Model and supervise the sales environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
- Foster a team environment that is fun, competitive, and inviting.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Maintain brand and operational standards to support brand consistency.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.
- Process all point-of-sale transactions and inventory functions accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
