1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.
2. Achieve and communicate store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all team members complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the sales environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment that is fun, competitive, and inviting.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
8. Maintain brand and operational standards to support brand consistency.
9. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.
10. Process all point-of-sale transactions and inventory functions accurately.
11. Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior experience in luxury goods is advantageous.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
