- Develop and maintain a strong clientele by fostering relationships and maximizing sales through proactive outreach.
- Lead and educate the sales team on sales plans, personal goals, and store statistics to drive performance.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and completion of product profiles.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures to maintain inventory integrity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
