- Develop business-driving initiatives to build repeat business or attract new customers.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets.
- Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers.
- Understand and communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- College degree preferred
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize
