1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business and attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure high levels of customer service.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a competitive and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
9. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Ability to foster a team environment and drive sales.
