Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clientele to maximize sales through proactive client outreach.
- Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.

Compensation
Base pay range $17.50 to $27.00.
