Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clientele.
- Lead the team to maximize sales through proactive client outreach.
- Build and maintain client relationships with a strong client book.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through product knowledge.
- Foster a team environment with a fun and inviting atmosphere.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy.
- Ensure brand and operating standards are met.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- College degree preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize
