1. Develop and maintain a strong clientele through proactive outreach and relationship building.
2. Lead the team in achieving personal and store sales goals through education and motivation.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge and the completion of product profiles.
4. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
5. Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently met to maintain brand consistency.
6. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
7. Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.

2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Ability to foster a team environment and create a competitive, inviting atmosphere.
