- Develop and maintain a clientele through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Lead the team to achieve personal and store sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
- Communicate the brand's aesthetic and philosophy to the team and customers.
- Supervise store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- College degree preferred
- Open availability 7 days a week for full-time hours (30-40 hours weekly)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize
