- Develop and maintain a strong clientele by fostering repeat business and maximizing sales through proactive client outreach.
- Lead and model the team in building and sustaining productive client relationships, ensuring adherence to clientele and thank you note standards.
- Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and store statistics to drive team performance.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and the completion of product profiles.
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers, ensuring brand consistency and store presentation standards.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
- Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to foster a team environment and create a competitive, inviting atmosphere.
